Fish curry
As I like fish very much this a recipe I adapted from various chicked curry recipes to use fish instead.

Fish curry
Ingredients
- fish fillet (around 500g)
- 1 onion, a bit of ginger, 1 small carrot
- spices: salt, pepper, mustard seeds, 1 tbs curry madras, 1 tbs curcuma (turmenic)
Method
- drain the fish and cut it in cubes
- mix with 1/2 tbs curcuma and set aside
- brown the onion with the mustard seeds
- then add the curry and curcuma and mix for 1-2 minutes
- add the fish for 5 minutes (to cook on the outside)
- add 1/2 cup of water or water and white wine and let it cook until the liquid has evaporated to 50%
- serve with white rice
- enjoy
