I did a mix of all the recipes I found and here it is. Just make sure to use ripe bananas.

Hi Len,
Is there an English version of this recipe? It looks wonderful!
Thank you.

Hi Lee, there is a link to an English recipe in the text above. In fact I found so many variations that I did not felt like adding something new. In the base form I’ve done it you just mix the sugar (1 cup) with the melted butter (100g), the 2 eggs, the flour (2 cups), baking powder and the mashed bananas and you put in the oven for about 50 mins on a low settings. I’ve used baking paper and a large bread pan since the dough doubled in size.
Some variations include nuts, apples, forest fruits, etc. Feel free to experiment and come back for some more inspiration :)
I’ve found that this recipe, http://allrecipes.com/recipe/banana-banana-bread/detail.aspx , is truly amazing especially when it’s warm and you smear it with butter…MmMMMm.
It is a wonderful discovery indeed.
