Lentils dish
A very simple, fasting friendly dish.
Ingredients
- 1-2 carrots
- 250g red lentils
Preparation
- clean the carrots and cut them in round pieces
- boil the carrots in water just to cover them until the ebullition
- add the lentils, salt, pepper and a just a bit of coriander
- stir from time to time, add more water until the lentils are soft. Don’t over cook as the lentils tends to crumble into a soft paste
- enjoy
