Tabouleh
The spring this year started with this surprisingly fresh salad. And yet you can find the ingredients all the year round. You can even have 3.5 tons of it if you really wish it.

Tabouleh
Ingredients
- parsley (a big bunch)
- 2, 3 small, fresh green onions (scallions)
- 1, 2 small tomatoes
- 1/4 cup couscous
- olive oil, lemon juice
Method
- just finely chop everything, mix with couscous and season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper
- enjoy.

Not so complicated to prepare, requires just some patience to cut everything down. Very refreshing for a hot summer day. Keep me posted on the results :)
