velorutia – revolutia pe 2 doua roti 22.09.2007
M-am intors foarte multumit de la velorutia. Efortul de organizare a strans un numar mare de biciclisti de toate varstele. Toti am fost acolo pentru un oras mai curat, mai putina poluare si mai multa libertate de miscare. Am defilat pentru toti biciclistii si pentru toti cei care respira aerul din orasul asta sufocat de masini.

Velorution: the cycling (velo) revolution: a project to promote cycling as a clean alternative to the continual traffic jam and increasing pollution from the city.
I was very glad to participate in the velorution event organized for the mobility week on 22.sep.2007. Almost 500 cyclists joined and marched together to show their support for a cleaner way of life. It was the largest mass of cyclist I have ever seen in Bucharest, otherwise a car oriented city, and this gave me a bit of hope for the future.
