Asta nu inseamna ca motivele de a merge cu bicicleta sunt mai putin valabile. Inseamna doar ca alegerea nu va fi usoara pentru cel care se suie pe bicicleta sa mearga prin noroi. Ar face-o cred, mai degraba daca activitatea asta ar deveni un simbol, o fitza. Atunci da, imi imaginez ca ar merge prin noroi, ca sa fie mai smecher, pe o bicicleta argintie de X000EUR.

Spinach lasagna

Ingredients

• 1kg fresh spinach (around 500g of cleaned spinach)
• minced meat 300g
• 2 carrots
• 2 scallions
• 1 large onion
• 6 large mushrooms
• tomato sauce
• cheese
• 1 egg
• lasagna sheets of pasta

Method

• clean the spinach very well from dirt and keep only the leaves then add it for a few minutes in boiling water
• drain the spinach but keep part of the liquid (2 cups). Cut the drained spinach in small cubes and set aside.
• cut the carrots, scallions, mushrooms and onion
• in a pan brown the onion and scallions then add carrots and scallions until soft, add spices (be creative). I’ve added salt, pepper, cumin seeds, red peppers, coriander seeds. Set aside.
• cook the minced meat then mix with the vegetables and 2 tbs of tomato sauce. Let it simmer for 5 minutes to blend the aromas. Test it. The aromas should be stronger than usual, it will dim later.
• in a baking pan set layers. Start with a layer of meat and vegetables, add lasagna sheets, then a layer of spinach, another layer of lasagna sheets, and so on. On the top it should be a layer of meat and vegetables.
• prepare the sauce by mixing the beaten egg, 2 tbs of tomato sauce, 1 1/2 cups of the spinach liquid, spices. Again this sauce aroma should be a bit stronger than you would expect.
• add the sauce to cover the layers then put the pan in the oven for 20 – 30 minutes. Add the cheese on top and put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
• You might not resist the urge to eat but for a photo it’s better to wait until it’s colder, it will be easier to cut in pieces.
• Enjoy.

Intersectii. Planuri apropiate si planuri indepartate. Planuri locale si planuri abstracte. Multumirea se obtine cand rezultatele au atins planurile. Acceptarea se obtine cand dispare mecanismul care compara rezultatele cu planurile. Fericirea se obtine cand rezultatele si planurile nu mai conteaza. Nemultumirea consta in incapacitatea de a aprecia multumirea, acceptarea sau fericirea aducand ca motiv alte planuri. Cand planul local nu e de ajuns caci exista cel abstract, cand planul apropiat e umbrit de cel indepartat. Planurile pot fi impuse sau liber alese. Impunerea e de cele mai multe ori prea subtila ea fiind un rezultat al educatiei sau mediului. Cele liber alese implica mult mai multa suferinta si un proces indelungat.

Prea multi oameni batrani accepta planurile impuse. Multi oameni tineri sunt multumiti in planurile impuse. Unii oameni se amagesc ca planul lor e liber ales. Altii au puterea de a vedea planurile si totusi ar vrea mai degraba sa fie multumiti cu un plan impus.

Cand gandul a ars, un sentiment placut ramane in urma. E caldura oamenilor din vise care n-au existat niciodata.

O alta camera, o sala de baie, peretii sunt innegriti si sunt prea multe colturi. Cineva a facut o cada la comanda, din tabla indoita pe toate colturile astea. E tabla zincata, dura si curge pe la colturi. Prea multe colturi. Un L si inca un L. Pare mai mult o masa de operatie de pe o nava extraterestra. Sigur luata la reduceri de la mesterul Gigi. Stramba, hidoasa, prea complicata si inutila.

Din nou in camera de clasa. Vamesul inca lucreaza la cuburi. Intr-o presa modeleaza filtre noi dar sunt atat de greu de integrat in cuburile vechi. Nu respecta legile fizicii. Ies in fata si stand pe bila incep sa povestesc despre cada hidoasa dar imi dau seama ca de fapt repet odiseea imobiliara. Ma opresc sa ma uit la oamenii din sala. Undeva pe la mijloc e T. Si el asteapta la vama.

O alta sala, de data asta luminoasa. O tava mare, mare cu chiftelute. Sunt mici, mici, cam 2×1, ca niste degetele, puse intr-un grid imens. Sunt bune, am 2 sosuri: unul dulce acrisor si altul dulce iute. Incep sa mananc din degetelele chiftelute dar destul de repede se termina sosurile. Cineva imi aduce un borcan, pe el scrie: sos din flori de lotus. La un moment dat chiftelutele se schimba, sunt mici conserve cu cheita, sunt rele. Ma uit pe tava, schimb directia de alegere a chiftelutelor, acum sunt bune, cu sos :)

Cred ca am trecut de vama, mi-e sete. In fata unui altar e o sticla mare de apa rece. Oare sunt in Japonia?

Did you ever wondered where did all the material from the holes in the road went? It’s easy, just take your bicycle, you will find it all in the small path on the side of the road, which is usually the only “bicycle” road you have.

I went indoor climbing. I went once and I liked it. If I will go 4 times I will get a subscription, after a month of used subscription I will think about buying some gear. Then why some people buy their gear before going even once?

Unfortunately you always need someone to belay you.

The average distance to the people I work daily is 3000km. One of them lives in a village in the south of France and has 5 kids. We sometimes discuss cooking recipes. He also works from home.

My second closest relative is my godson, he also lives 3000 km from here, in a better place I hope.

What are retired people supposed to do in Romania? I doubt very much to see anytime soon a bus full of romanian aged tourists on any dedicated club for learning tango or randonee. The only function I could find is to take care of their grandchildren.

A high school friend also “retired” to a house in the country side.

I cooked spinach the other day with eggs. Today I am preparing marinated meat balls. Would you pay for a cooked meal or a piece of sour cherry cake? I could also make some germknoedel. I like restaurants which cook each day a single dish. I like to cook.

I like to do thinks, to build, to fix. It’s impossible for me to understand the people which just pretend and fake things and then don’t even deny it. If someone who’s been waiting for you, for your own benefice would call you in the morning asking why you are 2h late would you tell him he just wake you up?

I think everything comes from action. Even meditation is action. I don’t know however where to push the action of meditation.

A year ago I was in the pain of (re)construction. I am better now, I feel time.

Time is the only resource which we have and cannot be replenished or conserved. What can be patience then?
