<h2>Method</h2>
<ul>
<li>in 2l of water boil the chicken. Remove the foam from time to time until it&#8217;s clear.</li>
<li>cut the vegetables</li>
<li>in a large, thick pan heat 2 tbs of olive oil then add the onion and vegetables, stir for a few minutes then add the chicken stock</li>
<li>fix for salt and pepper (take in consideration that meat and noodles are also added)</li>
<li>let it boil until the vegetables (potatoes) are soft</li>
<li>shred the meat with a fork</li>
<li>boil the noodles separatelely</li>
<li>in each bowl add noodles, meat and then soup and vegetables</li>
<li>sprinkle with parsley and enjoy</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Pentru cei care nu stiau, Wok to Walk e o franciza pentru niste localuri unde poti alege diferite combinatii de mancare gatita in wok in fata ta. O &#8220;reteta&#8221; dureaza cateva minute sa fie gata si e compusa in general dintr-o baza (orez sau noodles), carne, legume sau peste si sos. E o mancare asiatica rapida si ieftina, doar unul din multitudinea de restaurante asiatice pe care le gasesti prin capitalele europene. La Barcelona am stat cel putin 10 minute savurand dexteritatea bucatarului care manevra cu abilitate cele 2 wok-uri incinse. Pornind de la aceasta inspiratie m-am decis sa gasesc o buna trebuinta pentru wok-ul pe care il am si eu ca orice bucatar care a trecut pe la Ikea si anume o reteta cu: legume, carne de pui si coconut curry.</p>

<h2>Ingrediente</h2>
<ul>
<li>Legume: 2 morcovi, 2 dovlecei, ceapa verde (2-3 fire), ginger, usturoi, ciuperci</li>
<li>Carne: pulpe de pui</li>
<li>Sos: lapte de cocos, condimente: curcuma, chili (ardei iute), curry madras</li>
<li>Noodles (paste) de orez, un pachet</li>
<li>2 oua</li>
</ul>
<h2>Metoda</h2>
<h3>Pasul 1, pregatirea</h3>
<ul>
<li>legumele se curata si se taie fasii. Am taiat morcovii si dovleceii folosind un instrument de decojit cartofii.</li>
<li>carnea se curata, se taie cubulete si se marineaza cu 1/2 lingura de curcuma pentru 10-20 min apoi se prajeste in wok cu putin ulei pentru cateva minute. Se pune apoi deoparte.</li>
<li>laptele de cocos se incalzeste si se condimenteaza dupa gust. Pentru o cutie de lapte de cocos am pus 1/2 lingura curcuma, 1/2 lingurita chili, 1 lingurita curry madras, 1/2 lingurita sare. Se tine pe foc mic pana incepe sa fiarba, nu se fierbe. Se pune deoparte.</li>
<li>pastele se fierb, se strecoara si se pun deoparte.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Pasul 2, Wok</h3>
<p>Din ingredientele de mai sus am facut de doua ori cate 2 portii mari pastrandu-le la frigider de la o zi la alta.</p>
<p>Acum ca toate ingredientele sunt gata, vine partea cea mai importanta, Wok-ul. Principiul mancarii din wok e ceva total diferit fata de metodele romanesti de gatit. E o gatire foarte rapida la temperatura inalta. Pentru asta wok-ul se incalzeste pana incepe sa scoata fum, se pune o lingura de ulei si apoi se prajeste rapid mancarea in mai multe etape:</p>
<ul>
<li>se incalzeste foarte bine wok-ul, se adauga o lingura de ulei si se prajesc (stir fry) mai intai legumele. Dureaza foarte putin, maxim 5 min amestecand incontinuu. Se pun deoparte, se curata wok-ul si se ia de la capat.</li>
<li>se incalzeste foarte bine wok-ul, se adauga o lingura de ulei, se adauga un ou cu putin usturoi si ginger, se amesteca bine ca sa nu se lipeasca, se adauga apoi noodles, legumele, carnea amestecand foarte bine si la final jumatate din sosul pregatit</li>
<li>se mai lasa 1 minut amestecand astfel incat sa se imbibe bine pastele cu sos si apoi se serveste</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Inspired by the fish soup and the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teriyaki">teriyaki</a> method of cooking I&#8217;ve liked so much in <a href="http://www.len.ro/2009/11/frigarui-marinate/">meat</a> I decided to try it on fish. The method is actually quite simple, you marinate the fish (fillet) in a sauce based on soya sauce and then you grill it. What I did not knew was how to use the remaining marinade to make some delicious soy noodles (<a href="http://www.greedygourmet.com/2010/01/22/teriyaki-salmon-with-stir-fried-noodles/">inspired from here</a>).</p>

<ul>
<li>The marinade: soy sauce (4tbs), pickled ginger vinegar (2tbs), chili powder (1/2 tbs), galangal (1/4 tbs), cardamom crushed (3 gloves)</li>
<li>2 steaks salmon</li>
<li>rice noodles</li>
<li>green onions (2), 2 gloves garlic</li>
</ul>
<h2>Method</h2>
<ul>
<li>marinade the salmon from 1-2h</li>
<li>boil the rice noodles</li>
<li>grill the salmon until cooked (5-10 minutes depending on the thickness)</li>
<li>in a bit of olive oil brown scalions and garlic then add the noodles and the remaining marinade and stir for 2-3 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed</li>
<li>serve the salmon on top of the noodles with a bit of lemon</li>
<li>i&#8217;ve noticed it get&#8217;s very well with a sour drink such as red grapefruit juice</li>

<p>I was visiting some friends. They has a house with white walls textured like in old houses. It felt like I was in southern France and the house was surrounded by hills. They had a wooden table with lion legs and they wanted me to cook for them. So I started to inspect their long and narrow kitchen. I searched the fridge, there was none. On the cooking table there was a fish. I my mind I knew, I had to do a fish soup. I started boiling water, cutting vegetables then I realized I did not had everything I needed. Yet the ingredients where all there: ginger, onion, noodles. I took my bicycle on a long S-shaped road along the hills covered with olives searching for &#8230; the missing piece, curcuma&#8230; I woke up.</p>

<h2>The recipe</h2>
<p>In the morning I decided to make fish soup. I had a gilthead bream for this purpose. I had never made fish soup again but I&#8217;ll surely do it again.</p>
<h3>Ingredients</h3>
<ul>
<li>1 gilthead bream</li>
<li>a bit of lemon grass cut into large pieces so it can be removed later</li>
<li>a bit of ginger cut into slices</li>
<li>green onions (scallions)</li>
<li>1 gloves garlic crushed</li>
<li>a bit of carrot small cut</li>
<li>1 tbs of curcuma</li>
<li>2 tbs of olive oil</li>
<li>2 hard eggs</li>
<li>rice noodles</li>
</ul>
<h3>Method</h3>
<ul>
<li>brown the ginger, scallions, carrot, garlic, lemongrass and onions for a few minutes in oil</li>
<li>add about 1.5l of water, the gilthead and curcuma</li>
<li>bring to boil and let it simmer until the fish is done 20 &#8211; 30 mins</li>
<li>in the mean time boil the noodles and the eggs</li>
<li>add salt to taste, remove the lemongrass</li>
<li>serve over noodles with a side hard egg cut in half</li>

N-am mai rezistat asa ca iata ce-am facut, cu multumiri datatorilor de inspiratie.</p>

<h2>Ingrediente</h2>
<p><a href="http://thelittleteochew.blogspot.com/2009/07/curry-rempah.html">Rempah paste</a> (poate fi stocata in forma asta pentru mai multe dati):</p>
<ul>
<li>lemongrass, 2-3 fire. Va da gustul definitoriu impreuna cu gingerul.</li>
<li>ceapa, 1-2</li>
<li>usturoi, 3 catei</li>
<li>ginger, 3-4 cm</li>
<li>galangal, praf, 1 lingurita.</li>
<li>ardei rosii, 1</li>
<li>turmenic/curcuma, 1 lingurita</li>
<li>seminte coriandru, 1 lingurita</li>
</ul>
<p>Supa:</p>
<ul>
<li>am studiat laptele de cocos din comert si am zis sa elimin agentii de ingrosare si inalbire din reteta asa ca am cumparat o nuca de cocos. Am gaurit-o, pastrat lichidul, curatat si macinat partea alba cu lichidul in blender. Rezultatul a fost o pasta de cocos destul de texturata (probabil o puteam macina mai tare). Am folosit cam 2/3 din pasta rezultata dintr-o nuca.</li>
<li>creveti proaspeti (i-am decorticat eu)</li>
<li>o lingurita de zahar</li>
<li>zeama de la 1/2 lamaie</li>
<li>rice noodles, <a href="../2009/12/muguri-germeni-de-fasole/">bean sprouts</a> (optional)</li>
<li>2 oua</li>
<li>file de peste alb (am folosit pangasius)</li>
</ul>
<h2>Metoda</h2>
<ul>
<li>pasta rempah se obtine mixand toate ingredientele cu blenderul. Am mixat-o pastrand totusi textura ingredientelor. Daca se dubleaza ingredientele, pasta se poate pastra pentru inca o supa.</li>
<li>am prajit in ulei pasta pana ce uleiul a incepul sa iasa deasupra</li>
<li>am adaugat cocosul, apa (cam 1.5l), zahar, zeama de lamaie si am lasat sa fiarba cam 30 min pe foc mic. In cazul meu supa a fost destul de groasa si texturata, in special datorita cocosului.</li>
<li>[pentru ca nu stiam cat dureaza am facut toate operatiile seara, cand am obtinut supa am pastrat-o pana a doua zi la pranz la rece]</li>
<li>am decorticat crevetii pastrand doar partea superioara desi am vazut multe variante in care se pastreaza asa</li>
<li>am fiert noodles si <a href="http://www.len.ro/2009/12/muguri-germeni-de-fasole/">bean sprouts</a> separat</li>
<li>am fiert pestele separat</li>
<li>am fiert crevetii separat</li>
<li>am fiert ouale separat</li>
<li>in fiecare farfurie am pus noodles, 2 creveti, o jumatate de ou fiert, peste si am turnat supa deasupra, 2 polonice</li>
<li>rezultatul a fost delicios, gust, aroma si textura. Pofta buna :)</li>

<li>rice noodles (de la Mega Image)</li>
<li>5 rosii (din piata)</li>
<li>busuioc uscat (din recolta proprie)</li>
<li>jumatate ceapa rosie</li>
<li>3 catei de usturoi</li>
<li>sare, piper, coriandru</li>
</ul>
<h2>Metoda</h2>
<ul>
<li>am pornit cu o <a href="http://www.len.ro/2007/08/tomato-soup/">supa de rosii</a></li>
<li>cand supa a fost  80% gata am taiat ceapa si usturoiul</li>
<li>am incalzit 2 linguri ulei intr-o oala cu fund gros si am calit ceapa si usturoiul</li>
<li>am adaugat busuiocul si apoi supa si le-am lasat sa fiarba pe foc mic cam 10 min, am condimentat cu sare, piper si coriandru</li>
<li>intre timp am fiert si strecurat noodles pe care i-am pus apoi in farfurii si am turnat supa deasupra</li>
<li>a fost o surpriza placuta, mai ales gustul de busuioc si coriandru care s-au armonizat foarte bine cu noodles pentru o aroma diferita si calda.</li>

<li>frigarui standard de pui cum poti gasi pe la orice macelarie</li>

<li>4 linguri sos de soia dulce</li>
<li>1 lingura de zeama de ginger murat</li>
<li>un pic de ginger murat tocat marunt</li>
<li>un pic de ardei iute tocat marunt</li>
<li>un pic de coriandru macinat</li>
</ul>

</ul>
<h2>Metoda</h2>
<ul>
<li>am lasat frigaruile cam 2h sa se marineze cu sosul intr-o punga de plastic invartind-o din cand in cand inainte sa le prajesc</li>
<li>am pastrat o lingura de sos pe care l-am turnat peste frigarui la sfarsit</li>
</ul>
<p>Chiar daca n-am gasit toate ingredientele pentru reteta originala rezultatul a fost total surprinzator carnea fiind foarte aromata si un pic dulce iute. O reteta pe care sigur o voi repeta.</p>

<h2>Ingrediente</h2>
<ul>
<li>orez, baza de orez</li>
<li>carne de pui</li>
<li>1/2 ceapa rosie de apa</li>
<li>1 ardei rosu</li>
<li>1 morcov</li>
<li>urechi de lemn uscate</li>
<li>curry, sos de soia, piper, sare</li>
</ul>
<h2>Metoda</h2>
<ul>
<li>urechile de lemn sunt niste ciuperci pe care le poti gasi in forma uscata asa ca prima etapa consta in a pune apa la fiert. Cand fierbe se pun ciupercile si se inchide focul. Atentie, se umfla foarte foarte mult deci trebuie foarte putine.</li>
<li>intre timp se poate pregati orezul care va fi baza mancarii.</li>
<li>legumele se taie fasii subtiri</li>
<li>carnea se taie cubulete se prajeste si se pune deoparte</li>
<li>cel mai mult dureaza de facut legumele. Intr-o tigaie de teflon pe foc mic se pune o lingura de ulei si apoi morcovul. Se lasa acoperit si dupa 5 minute se adauga ciupercile care intre timp s-au umflat, ceapa si ardeiul. Se lasa pe foc mic acoperit mestecand din timp in timp cam 20 min sau pana cand toate legumele s-au inmuiat (al dente). Aproape de final se adauga sos de soia (cam 4-5 linguri). E vorba de aceiasi <a href="http://www.len.ro/2008/09/26092008-orez-prajit-legume-si-pui-cu-curry/">metoda de prajire/coacere la abur</a> pe care am folosit-o de multe ori pana acum. Se porneste cu un pic de ulei, se adauga ingredientele in ordinea duritatii (duratei de inmuiere) si se lasa pe foc mic cu capac adaugandu-se sos de soia aproape de final.</li>
<li>pentru a adauga o aroma speciala carnii, se prajeste curry madras 1-2 minute in ulei incins si apoi se adauga carnea. Atentie, curry-ul se arde foarte usor si atunci totul e pierdut. Ca principiu e gata imediat ce si-a schimbat culoarea.</li>
<li>se servesc legumele si carnea pe baza de orez</li>
<li>pofta buna :)</li>
