			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve been craving for some fresh vegetables and for spring for some time but in the market the only thing which attracted me was a red cabbage and some mushrooms. So what I did was the very simple <a title="Mushrooms soup" href="http://www.len.ro/2009/11/mushroom-soup/">mushrooms soup</a> accompanied by a red cabbage salad. Thinly cut red cabbage, softened with salt for 30 mins then added vinegar and sesame seeds.</p>

<ul>
<li>200g de boabe de naut</li>
<li>50g susan</li>
<li>1 lingurita chimen</li>
<li>zeama de lamaie</li>
<li>praf de chili (chili pepper powder)</li>
<li>ulei de masline</li>
<li>muguri de pin (optional)</li>
</ul>
<h2>Metoda</h2>
<ul>
<li>am pus boabele de cu seara la inmuiat si a doua zi le-am fiert cam 1.5 &#8211; 2h pana s-au inmuiat bine fara sa se sparga</li>
<li>in blender am pus susanul, chimenul si un pic de coriandru si le-am sfarmat. Am fost surprins sa vad ce bine s-au transformat in praf caci n-am avut pasta de susan iar cea pe care o gasisem era intr-un borcan de plastic mare si urat, nu mi-a placut :)</li>
<li>am adaugat apoi nautul si am amestecat in continuare adaugand un pic din lichidul in care a fiert, 2-3 lingurite de zeama de masline, 3-4 linguri de ulei, 1 lingurita de praf de chili, sare. Am facut asta pana am obtinut consistenta dorita si gustul caracteristic. Am evitat sa pun prea mult ulei sau sa-l fac prea lichid.</li>
<li>la sfarsit am rumenit un pic mugurii de pin intr-o tigaie fara ulei cam 2-3 minute, i-am adaugat deasupra si am presarat si un pic de praf de chili pentru culoare.</li>
<li>pofta buna :)</li>

<h2>Ingrediente</h2>
<ul>
<li>naut cam 300g</li>
<li>condimente:
<ul>
<li>1 ceapa</li>
<li>2 catei de usturoi</li>
<li>o lingurita de chimen</li>
<li>1/2 lingurita de coriandru</li>
<li>1/4 lingurita de ginger (praf)</li>
<li>1 lingurita de garam masala</li>
<li>3 capsule de cardamom</li>
<li>1 ardei curry</li>
<li>sare</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>3-4 rosii si 4 linguri de pasta de tomate</li>
</ul>
<h2>Metoda</h2>
<ul>
<li>nautul se lasa de cu seara la inmuiat in apa calduta, se va ufla cam de 3 ori.</li>
<li>a doua zi se pune la fiert, se spumuieste si se fierbe cam 1.5 &#8211; 2h pana se inmoaie. Am folosit o punga de 500g de naut din care am pastrat o parte pentru alta reteta.</li>
<li>condimentele se amesteca intr-un mohar avand grija sa se sfarme cardamom-ul si curry-ul</li>
<li>se caramelizeaza ceapa tocata marunt in ulei de masline</li>
<li>se adauga condimentele si se lasa 30 secunde sa se prajeasca un pic</li>
<li>se adauga apoi 1/4 cana de apa, se amesteca bine si se lasa sa scada fara sa se arda</li>
<li>se adauga apoi rosiile taiate cubulete si un pic de apa si se lasa pe foc mic amestecand din cand in cand pana se topesc</li>
<li>se adauga apoi pasta de tomate si 1 + 1/2 cana de apa, nautul strecurat si sare dupa gust si se lasa sa fiarba pe foc mic cam 20 &#8211; 30 min pana sosul se ingroasa. Eventual se poate lasa sa se ingroase si apoi se mai adauga un pic de apa pana se obtine textura caracteristica sosurilor groase indiene</li>
<li>se serveste cu orez</li>
<li>pofta buna :)</li>

<li>se prajeste apoi curry-ul cu grija sa nu se arda</li>
<li>se adauga vanata si dovlecelul si se lasa pana se inmoaie</li>
<li>se adauga apoi rosiile maruntite si se lasa pe foc mic pana scad  mult</li>
<li>se serveste peste baza de orez</li>
