Yellow (peppers) food
This is a very simple food I though on when I’ve seen the market full of autumn peppers.
Ingredients
- 3-4 yellow (green) peppers
- 1 onion
- some meat (optionally)
Preparation
- cut the onion as rings
- cut the peppers as rings
- brown the onion in sunflower oil for 5 minutes
- add the peppers, 100 ml water, salt and pepper
- cover and let it cook for 20 minutes until the peppers are soft
- could add a bit of curcuma for more color
- enjoy
- optionally serve with some chicken cooked separately
