I am searching for a new bicycle. Partly as a gift to one self, partly to make sure if the current one fails I will not be under pressure to buy one fast. As such I have done a lot of research into the subject.

One of the elements I have found is that I could achieve a better price/quality ration buying online especially from German based online shops.

This poses a big problem on testing since frame geometry differs a lot from manufacturer to manufacturer. In order to solve this problem, at least by some measure, I created a tool which allows to simply sketch and compare several frames using manufacturer frame geometry data.

There are some guys in Oradea, Greenbike which deliver radon’s but 2013 offer is not as good as in 2012. You can find my research here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AilX-CoohpFHdHVEdTNkVFBOVzQ3YmVNOWp4Nk9IX1E

Thanks for the quick answer. In general the prices of 2013 bikes are a little higher as I observed. I will choose probably this one http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=75557 if there will be no other good offers in Romania’s shops next weeks.

very good tool. Could you put also the online shops you found? I am looking for a 29er and any information is useful. Too bad that Radon is not delivered to Romania.

I did little research on the 29'' but for the 26'' I am considering one of the providers from my list, maybe they have a good offer for 29' also. Anyway, good luck :)
