The spring this year started with this surprisingly fresh salad. And yet you can find the ingredients all the year round. You can even have 3.5 tons of it if you really wish it.

Tabouleh Tabouleh

Ingredients

  • parsley (a big bunch)
  • 2, 3 small, fresh green onions (scallions)
  • 1, 2 small tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup couscous
  • olive oil, lemon juice

Method

  • just finely chop everything, mix with couscous and season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper
  • enjoy.

Not so complicated to prepare, requires just some patience to cut everything down. Very refreshing for a hot summer day. Keep me posted on the results :)

Tabouleh, asa cum este el facut in Orientul Mijlociu, nu se face cu cous-cous, ci cu burgul, dar asta nu inseamna ca nu este bun sau gustos. Ma bucur ca am gasit spatiul acesta si cateva retete (pentru ca n-am avut timp sa vad totul) aproape de gustul meu.

Merci Elena, stiu, ai perfecta dreptate, din pacate nu am reusit sa gasesc o sursa desi am inteles ca se poate gasi in Cora asa ca am improvizat si rezultatul a fost intr-adevar tare bun. Bine ai venit si te mai astept pe aici :)
