Cartofi madras

Bun, nu stiu ce sa zic de titlu dar altul nu am si se potriveste destul de bine. Reteta e de fapt cea de aici cu cateva observatii. E o reteta foarte simpla care are ca idee realizarea unui sos aromat si picant in care se pun cartofi care vor absorbi aromele. Madras vine de la curry madras care sta la baza sosului. Madras potatoes (photo updated 2011-01-08) Ingrediente 3-4 cartofi mijlocii 1-2 rosii (optional) 1 morcov mic (optional) carne de pui condimente: curry madras, ceapa, usturoi, ginger murat, cardamon, ardei iute uscat (optional) cascaval Metoda cartofii se curata, se taie cubulete si se pun la fiert intre timp se rade morcovul (pe care l-am folosit ca sa dea o nota dulceaga mancarii), se taie marunt ceapa, usturoiul, gingerul murat si rosiile cand sunt fierti cartofii se scot, clatesc, strecoara si se lasa deoparte daca se pune carne aceasta se taie cubulete si se prajeste un ulei incins cu 1 lingura de curry....

Gandindu-ma la ceva bun azi am ajuns de la imaginea/gustul retetei chinezesti de porc cu sos caramel la mai multe idei (1, 2) pe care le-am combinat. Chiftelute, chiftelute Ingrediente carne tocata (am folosit cam 500g de carne tocata de porc si vita) 1 ceapa putina paine (miezul de la o felie uscata) sau 2 linguri pesmet baza de orez fiert cu sare si cuisoare sau cous cous mirodenii pentru carne: patrunjel, sare, piper, coriandru 1 ou bulion, morcov mirodenii pentru sos: cardamon, piper, coriandru, ardei iute (chilli pepper) susan pentru experiment de chiftelute Metoda am taiat ceapa mic de tot intr-un bol am amestecat carnea cu jumatate din ceapa taiata, painea inmuiata cu apa si stoarsa pesmet, oul, patrunjelul bine taiat am facut niste bilute din amestec cam de 2 cm in diametru (cam cat o nuca) pe care le-am prajit in ulei o parte din bilute le-am dat prin susan inainte sa le prajesc restul de ceapa si morcovul ras l-am calit cu putin ulei adaugand pe urma mirodeniile si bulionul....

Mancare marocana de lamai murate cu couscous. Updated: 2011-10-01 2008-02-20 with some new photos for this dish which I now prepare on a regular basis. Ever since I returned from a few days trip to Morocco I have tried to reproduce a dish which I liked a lot there: chicken with preserved lemons. I had several unsuccessful tries with fresh lemons but the result was too sour. So in order to prepare this dish I required preserved lemons....
