De cateva luni rodiq tot incearca sa ma co-intereseze in reteta asta asa ca intr-un final m-am apucat de “comanda” si iata ce a iesit: Germknoedel (reteta revizuita si poza noua pe 25-11-2009) Ingrediente 2 cani de faina 3 sferturi pachetel de drojdie (de aici tb sa vina numele) 1 ou 1/2 lingurita de sare cam 1/8 pachet normal unt 2 linguri de zahar 2-3 linguri de lapte. Laptele trebuie sa fie foarte putin, rolul lui e doar de a se amesteca cu zaharul si cu drojdia sos de vanilie (gata facut tb sa recunosc) seminte de mac zahar pudra (cu scortisoara) dulceata cat mai solida (am folosit dulceata de zmeura tare si un semi-serbet) Metoda toate ingredientele se lasa sa ajunga la temperatura camerei se amesteca zaharul, laptele si drojdia si se lasa 5 min se amesteca apoi cu faina, ouale, untul si sarea rezulta o compozitie care e prea dura ca sa fie mestecata cu mixerul se lasa undeva acoperita la cald 30 min se pune la fiert apa cu sare se fac niste galusti de coca in care se pune cam o lingura de dulceata....

Apricot cake – prajitura cu caise (sau visine, prune, mere) This is a very common cake here which can be done using apricots, peaches, apples, cherries, sour cherries (most common), bilberries, etc. mostly fresh. It’s quite simple to make but it has a few tricks. Crepes with jam (clatite cu marmelada) After looking at too many nice, baked recipe photos I’ve decided some measures had to be taken to satisfy the baking cravings so I combined this with some old crepes desires as so there was: jam filled crepes.
