Ro: mancare de cartofi noi Mancare de cartofi noi Ingredients 1 kg new potatoes 1 bundle of fresh dill 1 bundle of green onion 50g of butter Preparation wash the potatoes very very well. If they are too big then you need to peel them otherwise just scratch and clean the crust. Ingredients 1-2 carrots 250g red lentils Preparation clean the carrots and cut them in round pieces boil the carrots in water just to cover them until the ebullition add the lentils, salt and pepper stir from time to time, add more water until the lentils are soft. Don’t over cook as the lentils tends to crumble into a soft paste enjoy Alternatively you might want to serve with sausages or with a bit of “turta”....

This a delicious way to cook your vegetables in the oven with little effort. Just cut and cook wait.
